Privacy is very important to The Learning Bridge.  I only ask for certain information to be able to provide a safe service to you.  It is collected in fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent.

It is then held for the period that you are working with The Learning Bridge and no longer.   The information held will be stored in a way to prevent any unauthorised access or disclosure.  The only time your information would be shared is when it became a legal requirement.

The collected information protected in our policy would be from the following:

 

• Data belonging to the young people who The Learning Bridge support.

• Data belonging to the parent/carer or persons requested by you to receive messages about the young person supported by The Learning Bridge.

• Data belonging to those who make enquiries or referrals to The Learning Bridge.
