children & young adults mental health mentoring/Coaching & wellbeing sessions

Mentoring - Coaching
Mentoring - coaching sessions take place in a warm, relaxed environment where kids feel comfortable just being themselves. These informal sessions helps ease any pressure and encourages open conversation. Whether we are quietly colouring together, enjoying a juice or simply hanging out. This calm approach allows young people to explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace. With gentle guidance and support an awareness into how we feel, think and act will build confidence, resilience and positive self awareness.
